Key qualifications: excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented approach, and native-level or advanced proficiency in Spanish and English.

Your responsibilities:

• Recruiting candidates from Colombia for jobs in Poland.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and screening candidates for blue-collar positions.
• Writing and publishing job advertisements on job portals and social media
• Cooperating with supporting departments, including Operations, HR, and Sales.

What we expect:

• Excellent organization of your own work and a high level of self-discipline.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in recruitment or sales (mandatory).
• A positive attitude and a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Knowledge of the rules governing the legalization of employment and residence in Poland is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Polish is an advantage. (is welcome)
